We are off school and right now we have a long long summer vacation (from June till August).

Daisy visits Victoria!

Friday 6th June
When we came back from school I met Victoria’s family. Her father , her mother and her hamster Harry. Harry is a very sweet and friendly hamster. We made friends immediately! He even complimented me on my nice long hair! He said he had never seen a cow of such a colour! I played with Victoria and Harry on the lawn most of the afternoon since it was warm. Victoria’s mother said fresh air does you good! Later on I went to watch Viki lane training in the swimming pool – I was tired just watching her!! She swam so much!!

Saturday 7th June
Being another lovely day Viki and her family decided we all went for a bicycle tour along the coast.
It was beautiful and we saw a lot of marine birds. It was perhaps a little too windy for me so I had to hold on tight to Viki. In the afternoon Pippa, a friend, came over and we all had such fun in the garden together.

Sunday 8th June
Fortunately I slept in quite late after all the fresh air and exercise on Saturday! I really enjoy this house as they talk mainly in Italian (even though it is impossible for me to understand - except for the word pasta!!). There was no bacon and eggs for me today but a plate of delicious spaghetti !!

I would certainly like to go to Italy.... In the afternoon I relaxed on Viki’s bed whilst she left to go
to Hatties, her friends, until the evening. Viki’s mother who is such a good cook is now making pizza and my tummy is beginning to rumble – it smells scrumptious!!

Hello from Daisy!

Daisy has been really busy recently. First of all she went to stay with Maddy and got involved with all sorts of activities, golfing and horse riding were just two of them.

Then she went home with Nicholas where she had a great time, but arrived back home just a little bit dirty and had to go home with Mrs Powrie for a good wash!

Nicholas's parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary, so Daisy had to party all weekend! She really enjoyed the cake and orange juice with Nicholas while all the adults were drinking champagne.

Daisy was very tired after the party so she a little sleep on the sculpture!

Nessie met Kaisa again :)

Nessie's week with Kaisa

Tuesday, 6th May
Today we went to the Estonian art museum Kumu, there was a Finnish show up. There were very much pictures I liked, there was a photo show also. Then we came back toViimsi from Kumu, then the bus was vey full, it was even hard to breath, but luckilyI was sitting in Kaisa's bag, so I could relax, and take my time off. :)

Wednesday, 7th May
Today was a competition SOS - Sina Oskad Seda, it means You can do it, or something like that. Unfortunately it was excatly after school, so I couldn't see it because I was at home. But then Kaisa came home, she borrowed me her bike, so I could try bycicling too. ;)

Thursday, 8th May
Today wasn't much to do because Kaisa wasn't at home the whole day, at first she was at school and after that she went to the art school where she had a drawing lesson. In the evening we watched TV. But tomorrow will be awsom, I know it! :D

Friday, 9th May
Today was really awsom, Kaisa had an dancing camp, there we danced, listened to music very loudly and had very much fun stuff and the dancing teacher - Maido Saar,is very awsom! But, the bad thing is, that Kaisa forgot the camera at home, but I tell you, it was super! ;)

Saturday, 10th May
Today we were at Rebecca's birthday and it was very fun. We jumped on the trampoline, played many games, eat some cake and we sat on a hammock, but I fell off of it.Btw, the cake was very good :D

Sunday, 11th May
So, today was the Mother' s Day, Kaisa made a card and picked some flowers to her mom. It was like so hot today that you just can't imagine! And we grilled today too, the steak was amazing!

Nessie's Week with Martin

Hi Guys!

When Martin had me on Tuesday then we didn`t do nothing interesting, but on Saturday we went to Randvere. There we had a lot of fun. We climbed on the biggest rock in his garden.

On the rock there was a wonderful sight all over the garden.

We played on the rock. Then we tried to go to the other side of the rock, but we didn't manage that, so we decided to go back from the way we first came.

After that Martin showed me the wooden statue.

So, that was my week with Martin and his family.

Hey everyone!

I had a lovely week with Aleksander. He has a cat, Kiti. I like Kiti, we played every day. She became my best friend.

From Aleksander's house I saw the wood and the Estonian TV Tower. It's 314 m high.

The view was ossom.

In this picture I was sunbathing. Springtime is very beautiful here in Estonia.

Hello!

Sorry guys I hadn't wrote you not a single line, but all the Easter week Rasmus was sick and most of the time we were at home. I tried to cure him with honey and also his family took care of him very well.
But we did many things...
Mostly we read a lot of Estonian litreature and I found out some Estonian book heroes. Ohhhh, Harry Potter is very famous here too. Have you ever read this book?

Also I watched Estonian programmes for children too, they were fun :)

Nessie's Week With Ragnar!

Hi fellows!

I spent last week with Ragnar. He likes to do different kind of sport activities. Especially he likes swimming.

We had many sauna nights with him. After the sauna we usually went swimming. Ragnar really likes his swimming pool, so do I. Also he likes very hot sauna, almost 100 C, but I survived it and I didn't burn my fur :)

By the way, the weather is getting warmer and warmer every day. I can feel spring. How about you there, in Scotland? Is the weather warm and sunny?

Oh, the Estonian students will have their spring holiday next week. Cool!

Hello everyone! Well I didn't go home with anyone this weekned as Mrs Powrie was at a Science conference all day and the children forgot about me. Well I was a little upset over the weekend, but I was really excited on Monday when Mrs Powrie brought a new classmate to school. His name is Ricky and he is joining our class up to the summer. He and I have made good friends and we had our photograph taken with some of the class artwork. Ricky doesn't get to go home with anyone like me, but he does get to sit with anyone during the day who has been working really hard. Mrs Powrie says that is how he is going to learn best, by being set a good example! I am looking forward to the weekend when I can go home with someone and tell you all and my new friend Ricky all about it.

When I went to Anna's house, we had to go on a bus, but the bus left at three thirty. Anna and I went dancing in the rain! On the bus journey Anna sat with her best friend Rebecca and they listened to music while I danced to it. After about half an hour we finally made it into Alyth. Anna's dad picked up Anna and I and Anna's brother Martin. When we got to Anna's house we couldn't go upstairs because the stairs were wet with varnish. Later on Anna watched TV while I ate some fruit, a banana, apple and pear. While Anna wasn't looking I started climbing the curtain, but Anna caught me! On Saturday I had a huge sleep in - almost the whole day - but finally Anna woke me up, but then it was time to go to bed again. On Sunday I woke up early and Anna's mum took me to 'Hutches'. I met lots of animals, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and rats. I enjoyed my weekend with Anna.

Daisy's February holiday with Amelia

Friday night- When I went home with Amelia I needed some reassuring advice
from Jasper.

Then we had our dinner and after that I went to my own bed!

Saturday-I went with Amelia and her dad swimming in Blairgowrie. After swimming we went to the church coffee morning. I loved the tea and biscuits. Then we bought a newspaper and some petrol from Tesco. Once we got home I read all about Mark’s adventures!

Then Amelia’s Auntie from Canada and Granddad from Blairgowrie came for dinner.

Sunday-Amelia’s mum’s friend Margaret had to go home to Ireland so Amelia’s mum took her to the airport. Amelia and I went to play with her friends in Stanley.

Monday-Amelia went to holiday club and she made me a necklace.

Tuesday- Another day at holiday club for Amelia. This time she made me a hat!

Wednesday- Amelia and I cleaned her hamster George’s cage. After that we went to the hairdresser in Luncarty as Amelia was getting her hair cut. When we got home we played draughts.

Thursday-We went for a walk and we saw cows and sheep. Then we went to a youth club in Amelia’s village.

Friday- Amelia and her dad went swimming but I did not want to go so I played with Amelia’s cats. Then I helped Amelia fill the nut feeders for the birds in the garden.

Saturday- Amelia had a swimming assessment and I watched and did some diving outside! Then we went to Tesco for some shopping.

Sunday- We went for a walk up Birnam Hill with some of Amelia’s friends. We walked for six miles. At the top we had a picnic. We were behind some rocks so that the wind did not blow us away! We had a great view of Dunkeld as we came down.

Oliver made me some hot-dogs. They there delicious!

Oliver taught me how to play guitar.

Thursday 20th December 2007
I came back to Sophie’s house for the Christmas Holidays. We went to help a friend of Sophie’s called Emma move house (I decided I didn't like the job as much as Tom!). Then I went for tea at the Meigle Coffee Shop.

Monday 24th
We went with Sophie’s mum in the car to collect the Christmas Turkey. I then went with Sophie to Pitlochry for the Christingle service. Afterwards we went to Uncle Bulgaria’s for tea in the barn. Later on we drove up to Sophie’s holiday cottage in Glenshee and decorated the tree.
Wednesday 26th Boxing Day!
I went beating and we had to make a lot of noise to try and flush up some pheasants to shoot.
Thursday 27th
We went to see Sinbad at the Pantomime in Perth. I found some bits scary, but Sophie liked it.
Tuesday 1st January 2008!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I went with Sophie to her grandparents Hugh and Brenda for lunch.
Sunday 6th
We tried to go dog-sledding but it rained overnight on the snow and made it too icy and the trails weren’t safe for dogs to run on. Sophie’s dad took us tobogganing at their holiday cottage in Glenshee to cheer us all up. We also stayed the night.

Monday 7th
We went tobogganing in the morning again with Sophie’s dad and found a brilliant field but you had to be careful not to go too fast because the field was full of cows! I made some friends!

Tom finds a job and leaves school

Well boys and girls in Estonia, you may have heard the news about Tom. Just before Christmas Tom went off to find out what happens when you move house. He obviously thought it was such fun that he decided to join the company and help other people move too! As this is being written he is possibly away to the islands around Scotland helping boys and girls move their toys and possessions.

Our very kind friend Daisy has agreed to step into Tom's shoes (or paws!) and visit the rest of the children in L5P. Her first visit was over the Holidays when she had a fantastic time with Sophie. Read all about her adventures so far. Daisy is looking forward to the summer holidays when Mrs Powrie has agreed to send her to Estonia to visit all her new friends.

I was having great fun in the car watching Adam's Mum driving. I saw good parts of Dundee.

This is me with Adam’s best friend. I really like his smart Cub uniform. He earned his Cub badges by completing lots of challenges.

This is me sitting on the table with Adam’s family and friends. There were lots of fun activities going on and Adam won two bottles of juice at the Tombola stall.

This is me on the table eating lots and lots of yummy food. There was cake and candy, chocolate treats and lots of lemonade. I had a great time with Adam.
